GOULASH STEW 
1 lb. stew beef, cut in sm. pieces
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
3 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Brown meat in oil; add onion. Combine next 4 ingredients. Mix Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, catsup and 1 cup water. Add to meat. Cover and cook slowly 2 1/2 hours.

Before serving, add flour to remaining water to thicken sauce. Serve over egg noodles. This is a little spicy and even better the next day. Yield: 6 servings.
