GOULASH STEW 
1 lb. stew beef
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. flour
2 med. onions
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water

Brown meat; add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, and salt. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, catsup, and 1 cup water. Add to meat. Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours 30 minutes.

Blend flour with 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over noodles.
