TACO HOT DISH | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. ripe olives, chopped 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cottage cheese 1 can green chilies, chopped (optional) 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed Brown and drain ground beef. Mix with onion, garlic salt, tomato sauce, olives and taco seasoning. Set aside. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies. In 9x13 inch cake pan, layer 3/4 of chips, then meat mixture, sour cream mixture, then shredded cheese. Top with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
