GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks melted butter
5 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped nut meats
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar, additional
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, with juice

Combine crumbs, melted butter, eggs, chopped nuts, coconut, and 2 cups sugar. Bake in 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. For topping, combine flour, 1 cup sugar and pineapple with juice. Cook over medium heat until thick, about 10 minutes. Pour over cooled cake.
