GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
5 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients with egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Line 3 cake pans with wax paper, because of lightness of cake. Bake 45 minutes. Stack cake while hot.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
3 tsp. butter

Cream butter and sugar and add pineapple. Spread on cake while hot so icing can soak in cake.
