GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (USE DRY)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter together. Set aside. Blend DRY cake mix (DO NOT FOLLOW BOX DIRECTIONS), water, oil and eggs on low speed until moistened, then medium speed for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of reserved crumb mixture. Spread remaining batter evenly over crumb mixture; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Cool. Drizzle cake with Vanilla Glaze (see below).

VANILLA GLAZE:

1 c. powdered 10X sugar
2-3 tbsp. milk

Mix together until desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake.
