C.'S FAMOUS CHILI 
1/2 lb.pinto beans, cooked
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 lb. green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. chili powder (or less)
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Saute onions and peppers in oil. Add garlic and parsley. Cook meats - drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
