PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 cup milk
8 oz lowfat plain yogurt
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 serving size of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup lite whipped topping

Mix milk, yogurt, pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice together at medium speed for one minute.

Add pudding and mix another 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in whipped topping (by hand).

Divide into 4 dessert dishes or use as a pie filling with a prebaked or graham cracker crust.

This recipe doubles well.
