VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
Step No. 1:

2 cans veg-all (drained)
1 onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can water chestnuts (drained)
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix together and place in a casserole dish.

Step No. 2 - The Topping:

1 stick butter
1 pkg. waverly wafers (crushed)

Place topping on top of the mixture already in the casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
