SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 - 1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tiny or med. deveined shrimp

Mix sour cream and cream cheese with mixer. Add onion and green pepper. Spread mixture in flat plate, approximately 10" in diameter. Pour and spread evenly seafood cocktail sauce. Top with canned shrimp. Best if refrigerated overnight, 3 to 4 hours okay. Serve with crackers.

Serves 12 to 15.
