2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 c. flour
3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Chill and dip by teaspoon in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Do not allow to brown.
