STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. washed mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Bread crumbs, add until all moisture is absorbed

Chop mushroom stems fine. Simmer stems in butter. Add salt and garlic powder. Add Worcestershire sauce. Add read crumbs until no more butter in pan (until all moisture is absorbed). Fill mushroom caps and dot each cap with a sliver of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
