FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
9 x 13 inch cake pan.

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix like pie crust and crumble in pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out 2/3 cup of the crust and set aside for top. Pat down the rest in pan.

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. (20 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first five ingredients in large bowl and beat for 15 to 20 minutes. In a separate bowl whip cream and fold in powdered sugar. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture in the first bowl. Pour entire mixture onto crust, then sprinkle on top crust. Freeze dessert until completely frozen. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
