RED RASPBERRY FLUFF 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed ice
Fresh or frozen red raspberries
Fresh mint sprigs
Sugar

Dip glass rims in juice from raspberries, then dip in sugar. Chill the glasses.

Blend gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water for 2 minutes in blender, slowly adding crushed ice. Place drained raspberries in chilled glasses and pour gelatin.

Trim with more berries and mint sprigs.

Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
