RED RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry Jello (ignore the instructions)
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add frozen raspberries. Stir until melted. Pour into oblong pan. Let set in refrigerator until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

Soften cream cheese in microwave (or by adding 2 tablespoons of whipping cream, before it is whipped). Beat whipping cream until fluffy. Fold whipping cream and softened cream cheese together. Add marshmallows. Spread over top of Jello.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
