RED RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry Jello (ignore the instructions) 1 1/4 c. hot water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add frozen raspberries. Stir until melted. Pour into oblong pan. Let set in refrigerator until firm. TOPPING: 1/2 pt. whipping cream 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows 3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened Soften cream cheese in microwave (or by adding 2 tablespoons of whipping cream, before it is whipped). Beat whipping cream until fluffy. Fold whipping cream and softened cream cheese together. Add marshmallows. Spread over top of Jello. |
