CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 bag sm. noodles (yoke free)
4 chicken breasts filet (stew them) - keep broth
1 can carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Put in baking dish in two layers: noodles, onions, carrots, salt and pepper, chicken, soup 1/2 can each, 1/2 cup broth, 1/2 cup milk. Put potato chips, bread, or cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
