1 German chocolate cake mix
Handful chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch caramel ice cream
1 Cool Whip (extra creamy) (12 oz.)
2 Heath bars

Prepare cake mix as per directions on box. Add chocolate chips. Bake cake according to directions. When cake is done, punch holes with handle of wooden spoon throughout entire cake. Pour can of condensed milk on top of cake, followed by butterscotch mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Crunch Heath bars and sprinkle on top of cake. Place in refrigerator.
