CHICKEN ITALIANO 
2-3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 green pepper
1/2 c. red cooking wine
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chopped garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. pkg. fine noodles

Saute garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Then brown chicken breasts, slightly. Add all other ingredients, except noodles and simmer about 45 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
