1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. cans peach slices
1 stick of butter
Nutmeg, lemon flavor

In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients along with the cup of milk, mix well. In long large pan melt the stick of butter. Pour the mixed ingredients over it. Then pour the 2 cans of sliced peaches over the mixed ingredients.

If desired you may add more sugar over the peaches. Add nutmeg and lemon flavor to taste. Bake in 425 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. The crust will rise from bottom and cover top of pie. Happy eating!
