OVERNIGHT BUNS 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/3 c. or less warm water
2 tsp. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
3 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. sugar
11 c. flour

About 3:30 start yeast; beat eggs. Put all dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in center. Add into well, eggs, water, oil and yeast. Slowly and gently mix in a bit of flour at a time. Knead 10-15 minutes. This will take a lot more flour as you knead. Cover and let raise until 6:00. Knead down. Let raise until 10:00. Make into buns. Put on well-greased pans. Put in warm place overnight. Bake in morning at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
