Takes 6-8 hours to make. While this is baking, don't open at any time until it is finished. Fish will be dry but will have no bones. Grease rack of broiler pan. Add 3/4 cup water in lower pan. Salt fish, sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover entire pan with Reynolds wrap tightly. Heat oven to 400 degrees and put in fish and bake until you can smell it cooking, approximately 1/2 hour. Then cut back heat to 275 degrees and bake for approximately 6-8 hours. |
