BAKED CATFISH 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fresh catfish fillets
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Pkg. seasoning mix for fish or chicken

Score catfish and rub with juice, sauce, salt, and pepper. Coat with mix and place in shallow greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30-40 minutes longer.
