POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 (12 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 sm. cartons sour cream
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese
Bacon bits
Salt and pepper to taste

Place hash brown potatoes in bottom of large baking dish, 9 x 13 inches. Mix soup, butter, sour cream, onions, and cheese and pour over potatoes. Top with bacon bits. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
