3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
Nuts (opt.)

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix all other ingredients and stir until mixed. DO NOT BEAT.

Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Frosting can be cut in half (enough for 2 cakes).
