MOLASSES BEANS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans, drained
3 tbsp. light molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

In a 1 quart casserole, combine onion and bacon. Cover with a paper towel and cook on high for 4-6 minutes in the microwave, or until the onion is tender and the bacon is crisp, stirring once. Drain off fat. Stir in the beans, molasses, brown sugar and dry mustard. Cook, covered, on high for 3-5 minutes, or until bubbly, stirring once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
