BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 lb. boned beef, cooked
2 lbs. boned pork, cooked
1 med. chicken, boiled
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans tomatoes
6 med. onions, diced
4 med. potatoes, diced fine
1 (12 oz.) bottle ketchup

Mix above ingredients together. Add to taste:

Salt
Pepper
Tabasco
Vinegar
Butter
Brown sugar

Place in crock pot or Dutch oven and cook on low for about 5 hours or until desired doneness.
