NEIMAN MARCUS BROWNIES 
BOTTOM:

1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 stick melted butter

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix the 4 bottom ingredients. Dough will be very stiff. Press down in a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix the topping ingredients well and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen.
