FIRST LAYER:

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter (softened)
1 egg

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 pan.

SECOND LAYER:

6 oz. pkg chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle over top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Beat together and spread over second layer. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans over the top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
