FAJITAS 
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 1/2 lbs. beef or chicken slices
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice

FAJITAS:

3 to 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped green onion
8 flour tortillas, warmed
Salsa & sour cream
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 c. red bell pepper
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Combine marinade and marinate meat for 2 hours. Quickly saute vegetables in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Saute marinated meat for 4 minutes, toss with vegetables. Spoon into tortillas. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Serves 8.
