POTATOES MOLE | |
6 potatoes, cut round 1/2 c. oil, Canola or corn Wesson oil Salt to taste 6 or 7 tbsp. cornstarch 4 or 5 tbsp. Gebhardt chili powder 1/2 tsp. cumin 1 sm. cup water Cook potatoes in oil until almost done. Combine ingredients of cornstarch, chili powder, cumin in a bowl with water, about 1 small cup. Stir ingredients all together, then put these ingredients in the potatoes and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring it up until the sauce thickens. Add salt to your taste. Can add more water as how thick you like sauce. |
