1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk according to package directions. Fold in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, crush 1/2 package cookies, then pour in chocolate mixture and put remaining over cookie crumbs on top. This may be kept in the refrigerator or frozen. Enjoy!
