1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed in blender
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix together pudding with milk. Add cheese mixture and 9 oz. Cool Whip to pudding mixture and mix well. Put half of crushed cookies in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Put creamed mixture on top and rest of cookies on top.
