ARTICHOKES IN WHITE SAUCE WITH
LINGUINE
 
Melt 1 stick butter, add 2 teaspoons flour, and warm for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 4 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons parsley, 2 teaspoons capers. Add artichoke hearts and grated cheese. Pour over 1 pound linguine.
