BRUSSEL SPROUTS SUPREME 
4 c. Brussels sprouts
2 c. milk
3/4 c. milk or heavy cream
Butter to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain water. Add 2 cups milk and simmer for 30 minutes or until milk is almost absorbed. Add 3/4 cup milk or heavy cream, butter and salt and pepper to taste. DON'T LET BOIL!
