KATIE'S TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2-1 c. nut meats, chopped

Put water, butter, oil and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix flour and sugar, then add boiled mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Bring all frosting ingredients to a boil. Add powdered sugar and nuts. Spread over warm cake.
