1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, optional
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Bring to boil butter, cocoa and milk. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 pound confectioners' sugar. Add vanilla.
