TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk

Put butter, water and cocoa in saucepan and bring to boil. Set aside. Place beaten eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla and vinegar in large bowl and mix. Add sugar, flour and salt, mix again. Add ingredients from saucepan. Mix and pour into greased and floured cookie sheet, 10 x 15 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Ice cake while hot.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to boil. Add 1 pound powdered sugar (turn heat off) and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
