CHUCK'S COPPER PENNY CARROTS 
5 c. cooked carrots, sliced like coins
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Celery seed to taste (if desired)

Combine all ingredients except carrots. Mix thoroughly. Add carrots and marinate overnight. May be kept covered in refrigerator 3 to 4 weeks.
