ENCHILADA DIP 
2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 or 10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and add all other ingredients together in crock pot. Cook for 1/2-1 hour until it thickens slightly.
