PINEAPPLE UP-SIDE DOWN CAKE 
Mix:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Pour over pineapple.

Bake at 350°FF for 45 min. Invert when done.
