1 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tbsp. dry milk
3/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Dip wieners in batter. Deep fry in hot fat.
