CORN SALAD 
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. diced cucumber
3 slices broiled bacon, chipped
1/4 c. diced red onion
1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. This is great as an alternative to macaroni salad or potato salad.
