STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
10 strips bacon
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, finely chopped

Remove mushroom stems. Clean and dry caps. Fry bacon until crisp, drain. Mix bacon, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and seasoned salt. Place in mushroom caps. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
