SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (9") pie crust
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped big

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together sugars, flour then beat in thoroughly the eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Fold in the nuts. Pour into pastry lined pie plate, uncooked. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until knife comes out clean from center.
