EASY CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond
1 tsp. lemon
1 egg white

Grease a Jelly roll pan. Using 1 can of crescent rolls, press into the bottom of pan. Mix all other ingredients, except egg white, until smooth. Pour over rolls in pan. Then roll the other can of rolls to remove all marks and it is the size of pan. Then place over cheese mixture. Beat egg white just until foamy, and using fingers, gently spread over top of crust.

Pre heat oven at 350 degrees, for 15 minutes. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

(You may use 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind and 2 teaspoons lemon extract. Eliminate vanilla and almond extract.
