DELBERT'S HAM 
1 (3-5 lb.) boneless fully cooked ham
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Several dashes ground cloves

Cut the boneless fully cooked ham into 1/2 x 1/2 inch slices. Arrange the ham slices evenly in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or a baking dish. In a saucepan, stir together the cranberry juice cocktail, brown sugar, raisins, orange juice, cornstarch, and cloves. Cook and stir the mixture until thickened and bubbly. Pour over sliced ham. Bake the ham, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until the slices and sauce are heated through. Makes 12-15 servings.
