SPAGHETTI PIE 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter, melted, cooled
1/4 lb. cooked spaghetti (1 box)
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 med. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, seeded & diced
1/4 lb. ground meat
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. Italian sausages

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 2 eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, butter and spaghetti. Spread in the bottom of a 9inch pie pan.

In a skillet, heat oil and lightly saute onion and green pepper until vegetables begin to soften. Add meat and brown, stirring to break up chunks. Pour off fat. Remove from skillet and in same skillet cooked sausages until browned and done. Mix cottage cheese, remaining Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella and set aside.

Spread meat mixture on spaghetti layer. Slice Italian sausages and place half of them on top of meat mixture. Top with 1/2 of spaghetti sauce. Add cheese mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce, remaining sausages and remaining Mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
