SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. Jalapeno pepper or Velveeta cheese with Jalapeno peppers cut up in it. 1 (16 oz.) can of tomatoes, chopped and drained (very good) Saute' onion in butter. Add the cheese spread and tomatoes, stirring until cheese spread melts. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot with chips. (3 cups). |
