EASY JELLO SALAD 
Put an 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in a 2 cup measure. Add water to make 2 cups. Bring to a boil. Add 1/3 cup sugar and 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jello stirring until sugar and Jello is dissolved. Cool until syrupy.

Add 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Chill when almost set, fold in 1 package Dream Whip prepared as package directs. Chill until firm.

This is a nice light luncheon salad or a dinner salad.
