GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green papper
1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 c. bean sprouts (large can)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown ground beef until red dissappears: mix other ingredients with ground beef. Put mixture into casserole, cover. After 30 minutes, remove and cover top with chow mein noodles. Cover and place back in oven for 10 minutes) Can be doubled using can of each soup. Mixture may be frozen or refrigerated for several days before baking.
